Leaders in organizations face unique challenges, and executive coaching offers an opportunity to get candid, real-time feedback about behavior patterns that affect leadership in organizations.
Personal development coaching
Some people call this "life" coaching. I prefer personal development because that's what you'll do--get better awareness about yourself, discover your passions, set goals, and become mindful of patterns that both help and hinder you as you strive toward your goals.
